Byron Bay holds a unique attraction to visitors and locals alike.
Over the past 50 years, thousands of surfers, including myself, have spent endless hours enjoying the amazing waves that form along this sandy shoreline.
The Pass is one of Australia's best known surfing Mecca's.
The swell there still holds as much awe and excitement for me today as it did half a century ago, in the days when a few mates and me were lucky enough to have The Pass to ourselves.
